Option 3: Cut your video into smaller parts

At the end of the day, if none of these options work for you or you simply don’t want to go through the hassle of downloading separate apps to your device, you can simply cut the videos into parts yourself. Your video doesn’t necessarily need to be condensed into a single post. To do this on IOS, simply tap Library, select the first video you want to include, and then hit “Next”. You can then Trim the clip, and tap the plus sign icon to add another video clip. First, open the Gallery app on your Android and tap on the video that you want to trim. Second, Tap the pencil icon in the bottom-left corner.  On the next screen, move the sliders at the bottom of the screen until they contain the footage you want. Finally, tap “SAVE” at the top-right corner and then select your footage to create a new trimmed video saved to your Gallery app. If you want to create a 60-second cinematic video, the IOS video editor may not live up to your expectations, but for people that are just looking for a simple and easy method to uploading your video to Instagram without having to deal with the restrictions Instagram applies to their platform, Cutting your video is a perfect solution.
